Orders
All diagnostic imaging exams
require an order signed by a health
care provider. A screening mammogram
is the only imaging exam that does
not require a signed order. Although
you can bring your order in at the
time of your imaging exam, we prefere that
your health care provider fax
us the order prior to your appointment.
